Our primary SMT and high-volume production center. 2,200 m² with 7 SMT lines, selective wave solder, and automated conformal coating. Handles prototype-to-100k volumes.
Heavy-duty and specialty assembly. 1,000 m² focused on thick-copper PCB (4oz+), power electronics, potting/encapsulation, box-build integration, and system-level test.

Up to 4oz (140μm) copper on outer layers, 3oz on inner layers. Heavy copper plating process with controlled impedance. Used extensively in motor drives, power supplies, and welding equipment where trace current capacity must exceed 30A continuous.
Full mixed-technology capability. SMT components down to 0201 alongside through-hole connectors, transformers, relays, and large electrolytic capacitors. Selective wave solder with pallet fixturing for boards with bottom-side SMT components.
0.4mm pitch BGA placement, 100% X-ray inspection (2D + CT). Void analysis per IPC-7095 Class 3 criteria. QFN sidewall solder inspection via angled endoscopic camera. Rework capability with precise BGA reball stations.
Automated 3-axis selective coating robot with needle and spray valve heads. Three chemistries (acrylic, silicone, parylene). UV-cure and thermal-cure options. 100% automated optical inspection of coating coverage and thickness.
Vacuum potting chambers for bubble-free encapsulation. Custom CNC-machined mold tooling. Epoxy, polyurethane, and silicone compounds. Post-cure thermal cycling for stress relief. IP65/IP67/IP68 rated solutions.
Complete turnkey: PCB assembly to enclosure, wiring harness fabrication (UL 758), functional test with automated test equipment, custom labeling and serialization, and export packaging. DIN-rail, panel-mount, and wall-mount configurations.
